Discovered after being pulled over car wasn't inspected. Battery kept needing jumps. When asked why car wasn't inspected, owner/operator stated that he could not keep the battery charged long enough. (Of course!) I told him that I wasn't happy he said "well, I guess next time you'll use Enterprise" Thought the rental was reasonable. With overages would've been better off renting elsewhere (most agencies include much more miles).
